Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Beads Centric. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and the possibility of customizations, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read the details below for further information.

Refunds & Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • We do not accept returns for products that are customized to your specifications.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by offering a replacement or another suitable solution.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Custom-made jewelry
  • Personalized or engraved products
  • Any item that shows signs of use or damage not caused by our error

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. If your item is not eligible for a refund, we will communicate this clearly.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Exchanges:

To exchange your product, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
