Handmade Variations: Each piece of jewelry is unique, and minor differences in color, size, or design may occur. These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Custom Orders: Customized products are made to your specifications and are non-returnable or exchangeable unless damaged upon arrival.
All custom items require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the product is shipped.
Photos of your custom product will be shared with you via WhatsApp prior to shipping.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Kenya Shilling and are subject to change without notice.
Payments must be made at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods.
Any additional fees, such as taxes or import duties, are the buyer’s responsibility.
